They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
