Horrible experience. After giving my Ragdoll cat multiple vaccines we drive home only for her to become very ill . We called the office immediately.. said Dr COLEMAN would call back. He didn’t. We rushed her back to their office foaming at the mouth and she was in anaphylactic shock .. they treated her after having us wait 5. After 30 minutes he said take her to Animerge .. we did. She was there 3 days and they saved her life Coleman never inquired about her and billed me for the shots . I called them to find out what had gone wrong and yo let them know about the $4000 Animerge bill. They didn’t care .. understanding things happen the lack of calling to see if she lived or died , the no call back when I called the office saying she was in horrible distress and foaming at the mouth. Inexcusable ..
