Today I found out that as a paying,long time customer, that you have zero rights at button brand. The admin staff is completely unprofessional, and unknowing. I dared to tell one of them that they were rude and that I didn't appreciate it. Immediately they jumped up and accused me of threatening them. It quickly went down hill. I initially talked to Hays about the treatment that I had received and he made it clear that he did not care. The place of full of nepotism, and very unprofessional. I had gone there for years and put up with stinking rooms, rudeness, and incompetence. They threaten to cut off your pets medication if you do not come in for a minimum $500.00 appointment. I don't know why they bother making appointments because they are always at least 30 minutes late. One glorified and particularly rude phone answer is Margo. The doc even know which one I was complaining about when I told him. Judging from other reviews, I am not the only person who found her unpleasant.
There are many cleaner and friendlier vets in the Alamogordo area. Take my advice and skip the abuse.

Very expensive and did not do a good job. Sold a no lick collar that was way to big ( our fault for buying it but why did he even try to when it did not fit at all ) covered her eyes. Would not recommend.
