Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. It was awful how rough they were with my pet. They seemed to have complete disregard to the fact that my pet was scared and uncomfortable. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I decided to board my pets here and now wish I hadn't. My pet looked absolutely terrible when I picked them up, they had scratches on them and seemed to have lost weight as well. My pets were obviously not well taken care of and I will not be using their boarding facility again.
