I had a great experience at Allen Therapy Center for a lower lumbar injury. Daniel was my PT and I had great results from the therapy. Daniel has a very calm presence and the staff is very helpful and attentive. Hands on PT plus exercises got me back to 100 %. I highly recommend Daniel and Allen Therapy Center.

After rotator cuff surgery I went to ATC 3 times a week as directed by my doctor. I had met my deductable so no worries about cost. Of course, once the new year started so did my deductable. I was outraged that they were going to charge me $488 per visit moving forward. I told them that I could not afford that. After a short discussion, they said I could pay $202 per visit but that would only cover 20 min of time with the PT. The next day was a follow up with the doctor and when I mentioned what had happened they directed me to another Therapy Center. Using the same BCBS PPO plan, the new place charges $100 per visit. I will receive 38 visits at that rate as allowed by BCBS plan. If this was a review of the PT (Daniel) it would be 5 stars because I liked him but since the ATC office lady grossly overcharged me I give the overall experience 1 star for this facility. Today was the first visit to the new place and I liked what they did for me.
