I have been bringing my dogs to Camillus Animal Clinic for many years. I recently moved a half hour away but I still bring my dog to Dr. Otto. I rarely wait long and everyone is very nice.

My kitten got fleas after her first visit here. She has never been outside and my boyfriend and myself had not been around animals etc. She just magically had fleas the day after her first visit. I had to pay $50 for treatments. When I spoke to the vet, she insisted that no, I brought them in on my clothes and it wasn't their practice. I asked that she mail me my cats shot records so I could find another vet and she replied that I had to pick them up and hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Im 37 weeks pregnant. I don't need fleas! Don't go here if you don't want flea problems.
