I have had 1 appt with this provider and I'm debating whether or not to return. I felt that my first appointment was completely "scripted" and they kept saying "when you come back tomorrow...". Well, they took x-rays and gave me a massage (that didn't help), charged me over $200 and now want me to come back the next day so they can charge me for another full appointment to discuss my x-rays and then maybe get a real chiropractic treatment. I spoke to them on the phone TWICE before my first appointment and would not be quite so disgusted if they had bothered to tell me that becoming a patient there is a two-day ordeal. The staff is friendly and the facility is well maintained, but it is old and their hours are not designed to accomodate anyone who works; NO early morning hours; NO lunch hours; NO late afternoon hours. One would think with two DCs they could find a way to accomodate a few more office hours. This company has a very impressive presence with a professionally-produced introductory video that one must watch. I would not be nearly as disgusted by Blackmon Chiropractic if they had cared enough to set my expection that the new-patient process requires two appointments. As it stands now, I feel manipulated by them and my perception is that they are trying to make as much money as possible from a small pool of clients so that they can continue to enjoy their part-time office hours lifestyle.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
