Dr. Sutter is the best vet I have encountered in the US and Europe, for dogs and cats. The staff is friendly, attentive, professional, kind, and emphatic. Everything is clean and organized. Dr. Sutter was referred to me by a Fire Dept. officer who'd had a g. retriever. I had an aging Labrador. Dr. Sutter knows Labs well (he has several himself). My Lab hated going to the vet. At Dr. Sutter's he was the calmest I'd ever seen him. We came in contact with Dr. Sutter's practice at the end of our Lab's life. Dr. Sutter guided us through the process. Thank goodness they were there. My mini Poodle goes there now: she also is very comfortable with Dr. Sutter and his staff. They are the best.

Yes, they treat their staff with respect

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair?
It wasn't too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth.

Kind of, but not very much
