I was seen for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I was greeted rudely when I entered their office by receptionist Jan. She was not friendly at all. She was extremely rude impolite, and unprofessional. Jan was VERY UN- PLANETREE! I was told they were closed for the day even though it was 4:15 pm and the office is supposed to close at 5pm. I would never recommend them to anyone. She was terrible. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. But what good is a clean office when the first impression of the office was NASTY JAN! She leaves a negative lasting impression.
