I have been taking animals to this clinic for many years and will continue to do so. The whole staff is very friendly and efficient. They care about the pets coming in to them and their knowledge is commendable.

One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
