They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

This Vet operated on my cat, knowing he was open mouthed breathing from being transported to his clinic. Instead of letting my cat rest he was one of the first ones operated on. The end result was a dead cat. I tried calling him as did my vet regarding the results of the autopsy my vet did on my cat. He refused to return my phone calls and he refused to retrun my vet's phone calls. Very unprofessional and I am not happy. I feel he murdered my cat.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
