The vet didn't do a thorough exam and I had to ask for her to look at areas of concern and then it still wasn't done. She never asked me if I had questions, it seemed more about the money. She came in with a muzzle to give my dog her shots and I had to "proterct " my dog against a muzzle being used. The most unprofessional staff I have ever met. If you want expensive POOR service this is the place for you. The Dr seemed more interested in being out of the room than in. I was worried my dog would become more ill since I have seen cleaner kennels at a pound! NEVER again will my pet go there, she couldn't answer my questions and seemed stymied by my being an informed pet owner. I'll drive the 4 hours back to see my other vet before I go here again.
