My first impression was that their office was dirty and unkempt. There were boxes stacked next to my chair, the windows were filthy, it was dark and gloomy, and the window coverings were stained and torn. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The person who worked with me seemed a bit unknowledgeable with procedures. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Yes, I plan on going back because my insurance covers it but given the opportunity will change in the future.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
