Would not waste my time again. Asked questions regarding an piece of equipment and was answered rudely and not professional. Went back for a replacement part for a lift chair and they never returned a phone call. Finally when to Roberts Home Medical in Harrisonburg VA and was assisted professionally and with true concern. All questions were answered. As far as the part I needed, I was referred to the chair manufactured and replaced the part myself. Will never again refer anyone to Shenandoah Valley Health Servieces.
