I needed help in an emergency situation. From out of town. I did everything they asked. Had my doctor fax a prescription, they contacted my insurance to make sure I was covered, etc. They played around for hours and finally left me hanging. Obviously did not want to give me the machine I needed as I was from out of town, We asked about purchasing outright and getting reimbursed. They agreed immediately. and said they would submit the claim. Months later - nothing. My insurance had received nothing. So, I filed claim. Then they filed too - they started getting payments but it took constant harrassing them to get the money we are owed. Still have not gotten full reimbursement. I am considering legal action as my son-in-law is an attorney there. DON'T deal with this company.

Knowledgeable and professional RT's and staff that truly care about their patients and their medical needs. I would recommend to anyone that has a loved one in need of medical equipment needs!!
