When you go in for an office visit, you end up sitting in basically a supply closet piled high with old equipment. She recommended a particular model that the company doesn't even make any more (we had done our homework on devices/options and pros/cons/reviews prior to our appointment), and could not let us see the newer model as she had none in stock. She said there was no difference but that's not what the reviews or the company had said. She told us it would take her a couple of weeks to get it. Stupidly, we went back when she got it in, back to the supply closet, and left with the newer model. We should have gone further to find another provider of the equipment. Billing is done anywhere from 1-3 months (or one time, they billed my insurance in October for $110.00 from February, which my insurance of course denied because it's "submitted after the timely filing limit") after the date they put on the bill (which looks to be done on a typewriter or word processor). Tried to call once with a question (on the billing, actually - I'm pretty certain I'm current but they show a past due amount), left my name and number with the receptionist(?) who wasn't interested in taking any more of a message than that - just name and number. Incidentally this was frustrating because during our visits we could overhear and catch a glimpse around the corner of the only other person in the office who I would presume was the receptionist - she seemed to be busying herself with online holiday shopping. When I did get a call back the next day, I happened to be in a meeting and couldn't answer, so she left a message that just said the amount on the bill is the monthly rental fee (when my monthly 'rental' is over they never were able to answer, but assured me on our initial visits that we would 'own' it and no longer be billed), what was left after my insurance had paid. I know that - that wasn't at all my question, but if the receptionist had let me ask my questions, they would have known that and been able to address my questions.

Every part of every experience I have had with this company was poor, and frustrating. I concur with the 10/24/14 review - do not go here. Drive further, go somewhere else. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I can not wait for the day when I am done with these people.

I'd also like to honestly answer the questions from the review below - I can only think they confused this place with someone else (or have family/friends who work there):
Were they helpful about using my insurance coverage?
No. They bill my insurance, and they bill me. I have asked and have no idea when my 'rental' will become a unit I 'own', nor do I know how far behind their billing is these days. They bill my insurance, sure (that's part of how they get paid), but are in no way helpful, even when I try to ask.

Would I recommend them to others?
Absolutely not. If asked I would tell anyone to stay away (which is what I'm going out of my way to do now - STAY AWAY)

Did I feel like they were sufficiently staffed?
No. They don't have people available to answer questions during their business hours, and the person they do have can't even take a message past name and number.

Did a staff member greet me when I entered?
Yes she had to - the little office area they have requires people to be buzzed through the front door. Had I not been met at the door I could not have entered. Nor would I have known how to get to the supply closet (there is no waiting area/check-in - just the front door, down the hallway to the supply closet where you have your appointment)

Did they answer all of my questions?
Not a one.

They constantly do not have the small tanks in supply which are necessary for me to go to doctor appointments and be able to do things out of the house. Yet I am stuck with them because I am grandfathered in to it till 2015!!!! Do not use them.
