I had good customer experience with Mike. He walked me through how to use everything except for where exactly to place the mask over my nose. I started getting a blister on the bridge of my nose. I was told to loosen the straps a little. If I did this air would leak through the mask. It wouldn't clear up and I ended up with a second blister. I advised my doctors office about this and was told to go back for another mask. I made an appointment to get another mask. This time I was seen by Sarah. I had a very bad experience with her. She was very rude! She immediately told me to show her how I was putting on the mask I had. After I put it on, she made me feel terrible for not positioning it on the correct part of my nose. She then proceeded to give me a second mask so my nose could clear up. She put the mask on my nose and then took it off for me to try. I had to try several different times to get it right. Each time I tried, Sarah was NOT patient with me! I wasn't aware I would have that bad of customer experience with just getting another mask. I was not pleased with her attitude! She acted as if I was interrupting her day.
Outstanding...after 9 months of repeated sleep study tests that all indicated I have severe sleep apnea in a matter of hours they had me set up with a bi-pap machine that is wonderful and sleeping again is wonderful. I am much more cheerful, I feel so much better. The machine is not too noisy the apparatus is not difficult to use and best of all it works! I feel great Sarah is the best!
