My dad is coming to visit and have Dr's appointments while he's here and Nathan was so nice to offer to help mom and dad load the concentrator and get him a smaller one for the trip. This company has been excellent to work with from the time dad was first place on oxygen over a year ago. Very dependable and accomidating.
