This has to be the most inept company. Refused to comply with family members O2 requirements as determined by Pulmonologist. They give you the run around, they lie. You can never get a straight answer to questions. It's quite amazing that they are still in business and Medicare still allows them to continue to be a service provider.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
