Supplied an elbow band at the orthopedics at the cost of $57.83 provided by this organization. We have been charged $46.00 for this simple velcro band not cover by insurance ( excellent PPO I might add). Were able to get replacement for this poor quality product at drug store for $15. No wonder the insurance co. would not cover the band.
