My husband had an appointment to be fitted with his orthotics. Upon arrival the receptionist said Matt had to "run out" and would return within 15 minutes. Twenty-five minutes later Matt returned. He seemed to be in a hurry. My husband told him his boots were too tight with the orthotics. Matt trimmed a little. Instead of giving my husband time to walk around for a little while and adjust to the orthortics, and see if more adjustments were needed, Matt told him to wear them for awhile and then let him know if they needed further adjustment. My husband could not get his boots on the next day. Matt also said to call and make sure he was there because he's out a lot. I almost said "It doesn't matter because you aren't here even when you have an appointment." Very upset with this provider and the terrible service he provided to my husband.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
