Very unsatisfied. Payments were to be conclude in 13 months but continued several months beyond the prescribed time originally quoted. When ask for billing records I was sent a three page list of payments that were impossible to understand or confirm what was actually paid.
On two separate occasions their claim of unpaid balances were referred to a collection agency without a clear notification of a balance.

When entering in the Sales, Service and Rental Agreement the contractual paperwork is eight pages long, single spaced. I suggest you read it carefully and ask question up front before signing.

This has been a nightmare getting finalized. The service agreement was signed on July 2016 and was to be concluded around September 2017. I have just paid an additional unexplained balance of $83.50 today 10/8/18.
Horrible Horrible Service! The moment I walked inside and it took multiple rings to get someone to help me, I knew it was all downhill. The lady had headphones in which is why It took her so long to answer me, The customer service was absolutely horrendous, From canceling my appointment to not returning my calls, and giving me equipment without an explanation, I was disappointed in the service, to say the least. If you can switch to another healthcare, You will save yourself headaches and unnecessary stress!
