We'd been trying since early December to get a replacement bed for the 10 yr old Apria one my husband has been using (controls quit working). Finally had the pleasure of speaking with Sabrina. Not only did she get it delivered to our house within a week of first talking to her, she also called to report what she had done (emailed doc for rx; etc.) to keep us informed of progress. We've been dealing with a lot since the bad stroke my husband had in 2008 and worked with dozens if not more of service reps for different equipment for him. Sabrina is the best. She should receive employee of the year for her help. She certainly gets that title from our family!
