I received the incorrect medical supplies the employees were very kind but the only thing they could do was send me a shipping label so it could be returned. When it is returned and checked if nothing has been opened they will send me the correct supplies or I could wait three months until I use up what they sent. This is happening to countless Medicare patients. It IS NOT the practice of Dexcom but it is the "policy" of UNITED STATES MEDICAL SUPPLY INC

In the beginning, I was sent free supplies for diabetes. Upon trying to re order, I was told that I couldn't get anymore.I am on disability, Co pays are really expensive epecially with diabetics
