They are a complete nightmare. They never supply what they say, I've re-ordered supplies 5 times, and they never come. They never call back, and basically, it would be hard to be worse. Avoid at all costs!

My doctor ordered a nebulizer and I received a call from them at 4:40 pm and told it would be delivered the next day, but I needed to pay them $3.95 by credit card, and they would then send me an agreement to digital sign. I paid them with a credit card, but after the call I reviewed the agreement which was totally unacceptable. It gave them the right to charge my card for any additional cost, no pre approval, etc. It took 4 or 5 calls the next morning to reach someone. I now must make sure my insurance company is not billed as my trust in this business is lacking.
