rented a lift chair on 01/28/21, when employee's came to pick it up on 03/01/2021, employee's forced the chair through my front door and damaged the outside molding surrounding the door frame, it is completely pulled away from the wall. I was not at home and I am recovering from surgery and at therapy, my grandson was here, he is 23 yrs old, ;he stated the employee trying to get the chair out just forced it through the door and everyone heard the "crack " and the employee just said "OH" and kept pushing, put the chair in there vehicle and left, my grandson immediately after the man was out of the doorway all the damage was done and called him mother who lives directly across the street from my home, she came over and immediatley called Metro Med and left a message what had happened and they need to call me to get the door frame repaired. When I returned home I called Metro Med twice and lef:t messages to call me. Finally after two days someone called me at 8:15 a.m.(they do not open till 10:00 a.m.) and instantly told me they were going to talk first and then I could. This person was very nasty to me and said they did not do any damage and I said that they did so what do we do, they say they did not do the damage and I am saying they did, this person then yelled at me and said "good luck with that" and hung up on me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and as of a week letter they have not responded to that. I am a handicapped 71 year old woman on a walker and I did not damage my door frame. This employee or owner I am not sure as no name given my circumstances bullying me to go away. My next step will be the media. I have two witnesses and pictures. This person should be ashamed of himslef.

I am a concierge at a Country Club. I recommended this company to one of our members. She trusts that my recommendations are trustworthy. She needed the wheelchair at 9:00 am and explained to them that it was important to have it at that time. The chair did not arrive until 9:30. When I called the company to let them know they should have let her know it might not be delivered at the promised time, so her entire group of 20 did not have to wait 30 minutes, the man that answered the phone told me it was a "$21 + $25 delivery charge" order and it was not a priority. I think that is horrible customer service and was shocked by his response. I will not recommend this company to my members or guests in the future. I take customer service seriously and only recommend those companies that deliver on their promise or at least apologize to customers if things come up, not excuse it by saying they prioritize by cost.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
