For the most part I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my dealings with this business. I have had several back and forth conversations about the equipment I had purchased. Originally in December 2018 the order for a wheelchair and cushion was delivered. By the middle of February 2019 a weld had broken on the chair and the cushion was flat and useless. I called Express HealthCare to let them know what was going on. They eventually brought a new chair and cushion out. After 3 or 4 days the cushion was getting flat and the strap to secure the cushion had pulled out of the cushion. Now keep in mind the cushion has a 90 day warranty. I called them back once again to let them know the problems I was having. That was on Friday, now its Wednesday and I haven't heard back from them so I called again to see what was going on. The person i was speaking to started giving me attitude saying that the owner had advised her that they have already replaced the cushion once and they won't replace it again because they are to expensive but they would let me purchase another one. EXCUSE ME but it is a defective cushion. The only thing she would do is put me through to his voicemail. I have left a fairly descriptive voicemail and we will see if he calls me back. If he does and provides me with a good resolution I will update this post. If not I will do everything in my power to get everyone i know to boycott this business. Very Poor Customer Service.
