HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE from one of the OWNERS! After dropping off at least 15 prescriptions for a family member (which the insurance company paid them over $1,000) - I also needed to obtain a Oximeter (Blood Oxygen Reader), after inquiring, I was told they could order one. Asking how sensitive the unit was?...Can it be returned if it's not sensitive enough?.. Could she call the company to find out more information?... etc. The owner handed a piece of paper with the name of the unit and said here, do the research! I will now be ordering her meds online! I really felt bad for the other owner, he did make every effort to help...but the antagonistic damage was done. By those actions, this is the type of customer service she teaches to all her employees!
