I've been using this pharmacy for about 14 years now. For the first 9-10 they were amazing. But the past 4-5 have steadily gone downhill. Some of their employees have HORRIBLE attitudes every time I go in there. It's gotten to the point where they ALWAYS forget something when I refill meymeds. Not to mention, they've given me the wrong meds before, causing me to vaginally bleed for a month straight. Theyve given me a higher dose of meds that werent prescribed to me that way causing me to vomit uncontrollably for weeks. They've also given my daughter another kids medication (they had the same name, same dr, but different birthdates). I've also picked up one of my daughter's meds and found a bunch of smushed blood pressure pills stuck in the lid of the bottle, and my daughter doesn't even take blood pressure meds. Now a days they never have a full prescription ready for you, because they're always out of something or having issues with their manufacturer/distributer. And theres many, many more incidents I could tell you about, but the most recent incident was today, when I called to have them fill my daughter's script that was on file. Low and behold, they lost her script and straight up told me I was a liar and I didn't bring one in. My daughter only sees her doctor every 2-3 months, so they give me 2-3 scripts every time we see them. And EVERYTIME I get them, I take them straight to the pharmacy, to get one filled and have the rest put on file. I told the rude blonde pharmacist all this, and yes, of course I was upset. So what does she do, she hangs up on me. Of course I called back to speak with Rob, the owner, and he told me I was a liar too, and that he called my daughter's doctor and claimed they said the last script I picked up was in November. He proceeded to call me a liar, and also told me that the pharmacist had me on speakerphone for the entire office to hear our conversation about MY DAUGHTERS PERSONAL INFORMATION, which I have confirmed is a violation of her HIPAA rights. He again called me a liar, and told me to quote on quote, "never ever step foot in my pharmacy ever, ever again for the rest of your life until the day you die." And hung up on me. Well of course I called my daughters doctors office immediately to find out why they were violating HIPAA laws as well. And come to find out, according to the nurse who spoke with Rob, the owner of the pharmacy, he only asked to confirm a prescription for November and she answered that one question. She also told me that she has in her system where I picked up a script in December. So that right there proves that Rob is in fact the liar here and that his employees lost my daughter's prescription. When I called Rob back to tell him what the nurse said about the script and to also tell him he did in fact violate my daughter's HIPAA rights, he denied he ever said I was on speakerphone and still had the audacity to proceed calling me a liar. And considering all the screw ups his pharmacy has made in the past, on just me and my daughter's meds alone, is it really that impossible to believe that they lost the prescription. Hell no! And for his pharmacist and himself, for that matter, to act that way is uncalled for, unprofessional, and downright ignorant! And let me also add that due to the previous mistakes made by Rob's pharmacy, I've tried switching pharmacies numerous times, but the co-owner, Richard, always calls me to apologize for their mistakes and begs me not to leave. After 14 years of being a loyal customer, 14 years of taking my money, and 14 years of referring people to them, I damn sure won't be going back.
