I had an Ivig appointment on a Thursday and keep calling me saying that it would be on its way or that it would be delivered the next day... it never came on the Friday or the weekend... still waiting for it and they are so unprofessional. I will be changing Healthcare providers to someone more professional and that don't lie to your face when they say it will arrive on time the next day... four days of no infusion medications is unacceptable and unprofessional for a person who is chronically ill. If you can don't use this company.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.

This is a full service home healthcare company. I've been a RN for a long time, and I know good providers from bad. The nursing care is average to very poor depending on the visiting RNs (please know I'm holding them to the standard I hold myself, and I'm a detail obsessed perfectionist when it comes to the care I give patients, so only the nurses I feel are doing what I would do pass my test, and that is not many), the visiting OT and PT are much better, but the greatest asset this location has is their pharmacist Ben and the pharmacy itself that bends over backward to help with every ridiculous issue my insurance company or one of my doctors has ever created. Ben is a true professional.
