They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. They only postpone my appointment for other pets medical emergencies and they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. All my questions were answered. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

My review is based on the betrayal I felt when Dr. Kimm refused to see my cat because his staff said he was "too busy". I explained that Max was unable to walk and hadn't eaten in 3 days. This would probably be a visit for Max to be put to sleep. Still, I was told that we couldn't be seen. We waited until the Avon Emergency Vet Center opened in the evening and Max was mercifully put out of his suffering. Shame on you Dr. Kimm for allowing a little animal to suffer.
