They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. One thing that's been so annoying about Mid Valley Veterinary Hospital, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
