When my pet stayed overnight here I was promised by the staff and the veterinarian that I would be called at a certain time and I was so upset when they didn't call. I never heard a peep and I was a nervous wreck waiting by the phone worrying. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. the doctor there even don;t seem to lik the patients i had a pt bull mix that that doctor didn't seem to even want there they called me a bad owner just because i had a pit mix that i didnt have in a training program just for that breed. she even said i was in the wrong profession if i was trying to become a vet...wow right? ...she tried to lecture me and stood in front of the door not letting me out. i'll never go back there. they even had the guts to call me to go back with the same dog to schedule me for the dog to get spayed ....don't ever go there i rather drive an extra 30minutes to get to visalia
