We pay a premium to take our animals there, THEY ARE EXPENSIVE! This last time we boarded them there for the first time and they returned with fleas!

We gave them a chance to make it right, but they deny any fault. We spray our yard every 4 months, apply frontline monthly, and havent ever had a problem.

The 1st time we boarder with Westrock, they all returned with fleas.

I will never use them again!

Oh, and by the way, they charged me for a vaccination on a dog that had been vaccinated for 3 years last year..

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Yes, they were immaculate.
