I took my dog in Friday, March 11, thinking I was going to have to put him to sleep. The assistant who came to get him talked to me, helped me calm down, and took him back, treating him like he was her own pet. She gave me updates while waiting on the other pet owners. When it was my turn, she gave me the good news, he was dehydrated and he did have to stay a couple of days but would be fine. She brought my dog out to me to cuddle for a few minutes, but before she did, she gave me a hug. I got the impression that everyone there cared about my dog. They even called on Sunday afternoon, when the clinic was closed, to give me an update.
