If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. This place is horrible they lied about taking Ex rays of my dog and diagnosed him incorrectly. They told me they would not charge me for Ex rays. I realty they never took them. Horrible place, how dare they lie to there customers like this.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
