They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. Their level of knowledge and experience is unlike any other vet I have ever been to. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Dr. Norris is fantastic. He's cared for all our family pets for years now. His staff is friendly and responsive and he's always very professional, on time, and gives us good, honest advice. His prices are fair and he won't try to sell you on procedures or products that your pets don't need. We wouldn't dream of going to anyone else!
