Love everyone here. Always so kind!! The Staff is the best. Always glad to see my Mastiff Elizabeth....ever though she's not glad to ride, to get out of the car, to go in the door once we get there!!! Then Stands by the door to go out :) So when she got her bath this past weekend 7/8/17 She thought if she would just lay down in the tub that would work. But the bath team gently got her up got her bath done and she is now home and smelling like a rose Thanks y'all Your #1 in my Book

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. My initial visit was fine, but 24 hrs later when my puppy had vomited four times throughout the night they were very unsympathetic and misdiagnosed what was wrong with him. I was told not to feed him for 24 hrs and not water for 12 hrs. I got a second opinion. Turns out, he had a stress ulcer and was vomiting blood mixed with stomach acid, which makes it very dark brown. Keeping his stomach empty would have actually made it worse. The combination of the steroid shot and anti-inflammatory meds they had prescribed are known to cause an upset stomach as well. I'll never go back.

Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Yes

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
