Hi If you love your pet and wish to take it home alive, avoid this vet!!!, my kitty cat had severe constipation, we took him to this vet and they basically killed him by incompetense and neglect. We took him in for constipation and he died!!! they gave him 13 enemas and then miralax. (which seems very excessive to me) When we went to visit him, he couldn't stand up, he was dragging his two back legs, was throwing up, and almost looked like he had been drugged, he was out of it. We asked and they said that the had not given him any kind of medicine. They kept him for three days, then we got a call on the third day, saying that he had died, they did cpr and brought him back, but he was brain dead and not breathing on his own. How did we go from a relatively healthy kitty cat with constipation, to one that died, is a puzzle to me He was my best friend and my companion, and I'm devastated about the fact that he seemed to only get worse at a place where they were supposed to take care of him. As I said before, if you care for your pate avoid this place at all cost!

I'm more than a little puzzled by the negative reviews of AMC. My wife and I started using them over 15 years ago when we moved to Murfreesboro. Through everything from minor routine treatment to very serious stuff, and with multiple dogs and cats, we've had nothing but outstanding services and treatments from them. I would rate them an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. When we moved to Manchester 5 years ago, we still drive to Murfreesboro for vet visits. We always considered ourselves extremely fortunate to have this quality of pet care, the top-notch doctors there, and a facility that is open 24/7 with a doctor on duty at all times. I don't think we could find all this anywhere else in the area, or even in TN for that matter. We've lived in several cities and more than one state over the years, and no other vet or facility even came close to this experience.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, it was fine

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
