I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The chairs in the waiting room were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I was only allowed to stay with my pet for part of the appointment, which I really didn't like very much because it gives my pet anxiety to be in a room filled with strangers. Very expensive and didnt even check an injured paw I had asked about a few times.

We tried this place 3-4 times. The vet and nurse are nice to our dog, but need immediate brush up on everyday conversational manners. Everytime we go there we are spoken to very slowly and with patronizing disdain, the way you would speak to a toddler. I want to say, "we are perfectly competent adults, please speak normally." The spikey haired nurse has a serious interrupting problem. Everytime I tried to speak, she blurted over my sentence and cut me off- talking over me as if I couldn't possibly have anything important to say. She did it 3 times in a row. The 4th time she tried, I was determined to just finish one sentence and kept talking. She actually continued speaking overtop of me, and it was totally awkward and RUDE. Its a simple thing, but should not be overlooked. The vet/nurse is not automatically more deserving of respect than the customer. It would be worth it to drive further to visit an office where the educated medical professionals know how to talk to their customers with some courtesy. Also, if you are going there for one problem expect to pay for two or three. Several times there, we have just been assigned medication for our dog without it even being discussed with us first. We will be going to a new vet.
