They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home.

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
