5 stars all the way...very patient with pets as well as their people...wait times have been minimal & i have never felt rushed, even when having to euthanize my elderly cat (unlike my old vet in Sullivan county who rushed me through a similar procedure with my golden retriever!) i also credit them with helping me save my 8 yr old kitty who has kidney problems...some other vets would probably have written her off but not them...held my hand the whole way!

Yes, he/she didn't spend too much time with me

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
