Service date 11/21/2014. The tech and vet were friendly enough...front desk, not so much. The front desk person was more focused on completing her papaer work than she was paying attention to who needed to be checked in and checked out. Then, when she had to interact, she seemed to begrudge the interaction, saying hardly anything. She didn't smile at all. That woud have been okay if she had acted with a sense of urgency....she clearly didn't that was important, either.
