ok i KNOW i will NEVER take any of my animals to this place!! i guess they have NEVER heard of an EMERGENCY before, a dear friend has a puppy that over night had a HUGE growth on its neck, and she called them to see if she could bring it in and was told they have appointments that they have to take care of first, and they could try and fit her in!!!! the poor baby was fine yesterday and the growth appeared over night!!! i hope they are pleased with themselves!!!
Will NEVER call this place again. So condescending the first time I called. And now when I called today.. I have an emergency that they can't see me until several hours from now. Why offer 24 hour emergency help when we you expect us to live by a schedule? Nice to feel like your concerns don't mean anything to them! If I had KNOWN we were going to have this issue, sure, I would have scheduled an appointment first. I will keep spreading the word too!!
