Juno Animal Hospital Has Been In My Dog's Lives Now For Two Sets Of Animals - Cradle To Grave - More Than Twenty Years. Dr. Michael Stephan Has A Facility That Can Do A Myriad Of Testing Including Blood Work And X-Ray On The Spot. I Have Paid For My Friends To Go To Juno Animal Hospital When I Found Out Their Pets Where Getting Inferior Care. I Spent Almost A Year Of My Time Researching 8 Other Veterinary Offices To Try and Find Comparable Amenities. Did Not Happen. Dr. Stephan Knows His Animals And Symptoms. His Staff Is One Of The Best Collection Of People Who Want To Care For Animals And Their Owners.

I will never take my animals here again, nor will I recommend this hospital to anyone. I don't want anyone else to experience what I went through. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
This vet is extremely rude, inconsiderate, uncaring, everything a loving pet owner would NOT want. They threaten you and when you comply but request another option, they are rude and do not care what you have to say. As a pet owner I am sadden to say I will never return to this vet because they do not deserve business from anyone due to their attitudes towards a pet and their owner. They say they will do something and that "they care," but when asked to do something they retract whatever was previously said by them. Please reconsider taking your pet here, I would never want anyone to go through what I have went through in only two weeks.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
