Ron Dunigan is not a professional place of business nor is the owner Ron Dunigan. Been going to this gym for 5 months and had a pleasant experience (clean, good atmosphere). All of the class trainers and day care specialist have quit and left the gym. The new day care specialist is not trained properly. I complained to Ron on 3 separate occasions. We are unable to use the day care because the day care specialist sits in the corner on her phone and does not tend to any child. Without day care we cannot use the day. When calling Ron Dunigan about the issue he verbally attacked me, saying, "You are a bad mother," "You shouldn't leave your kids in a place they cry," "I don't care if you cannot use my gym you," "If you don't pay the rest of your contract you will pay me in the future because I will file it under collections." If you are looking for a gym, I would not choose this gym. Their customer service is appalling and if you happen to have a disagreement they will belittle you and resort to name calling. This is not what I call professional.
