I can admit and discharge patients w/thorough assessment,can administer different kinds of medicines such as p.o.,I.M.,intradermal ,nasal, optic and otic qtts.,subcutaneously,sublingual,topical routes.i can do and insert peripheral lines,insertion of foley cath,ngt,temporary gastrostomy tube via usage of foley cath. Flushing of porta catheter,monitoring blood sugar w/the administration of insulin coverage,most of the time I 'm doing the Charge Nurse position,documenting ,reporting, coordinating w/the interdisciplinary team members ,referrals,doing bedside care,implementing Doctor's orders and evaluating the treatment plan and care,assessing and planning of care for the patients,giving or administering of feeding solutions, I can use thru infusion pumps. I .V. Pumps ,pulse oximetry,portable oxygen,wound vac machine,I can do wound care treatment,blood extraction,tracheostomy care ,colostomy care, I can use also dynamo, bladder scanner,glucometer,suctioning, transporting and lifting patients,carrying out Doctors orders,administering CPR w/heimleich maneuver,coordinating w/ the paramedics in times of emergency situations,attending in services to upgrade and promote formative clinical knowledge,I can do also health teaching especially those who are to be discharged in theiir home and community,I can monitor the AV SHUNT /FISTULA for possible complications status post hemodialysis,

Hosp.From 1999 to 2001 , I worked in Chase Farm Hospital Enfield Middlesex , London England as R.N. at Geriatric Department,From 1995 to 1999 , I worked as ICU Nurse ,From1993 to 1995 I worked as Med. /Surg Nurse, 1991 to 1993 I worked at Psychiatry Department at MEDICAL CITY GENERAL HOSPITAL in the Philippines.i was able to acquire my clinical expertise from different clinical institutions here and abroad .i had learned how to assist bedside CVP line Insertion, bedside tracheostomy, how to read and interpret different ECG tracings, continuous peritoneal dialysis thru the use of Baxter machine, cardiac monitor, I learned also how to defibrillated during cardiopulmonary arrest or megacode situations, how to do the tracheostomy and colostomy care,how to insert Peripheral lines, NGT,Foley catheter, how to assist bedside central line insertion, how to manage auctioning, feeding thru GT/NGT , how to use dinamap , infusion pumps,how to do the wound dressing , how to assist bedside dressing of statu post surgery like appendectomy , laminectomy, craniotomy,exploratory laparotomy,
