They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed fairly current and safe. It wasn't state-of-the-art, but it got the job done.
