They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
