I went in to get a hair cut a friend of my recommended me. I walked in I was greated by a lady and I asked her for a lady that cut my friends hair. She acted like I was stupid and they had nobody like that. Well she asked me what I wanted to do.....I explained and she said oh NO PROBLEM.....I know exacly what you want. I asked her for the price she said $17.99 and I said ok. Once she washed my hair she said well do you want me to use the razor? I said well you said you know what I want so I don't know. She said $10 extra for razor.....I was gonna get up and walk out but it was 30d outside and my hair was wet so I said ok. When she cut my hair it was NOT WHAT I WANTED........AT ALL. The whole time she was talking to her GUY coworker about their other employee and making fun of her. She had no clue what she was doing I am so glad I didn't do color.....well now I checked my account and she charged me $41.00 instead of $27.99. I am so pissed after she ruined my hair and I told her but she didn't care....on top of that she ripped me off.........I am trying to get in contact with manager hopefully they will be able to fix this. DO NOT EVER GO TO FANTASTIC SAMS AT LEAST THE ONE IN LAWRENCEVILLE GA.....THEY HAVE HORIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY ARE RIPPING OFF PEOPLE.
I'm not a picky person but this is out of line..........plus you should see my hair OMG.
